Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sydera mobile application (the "App"), operated by Sydera, Inc. ("Sydera," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into these Terms.

2. What Sydera provides

Sydera is a subscription wellness app that delivers a personalized daily message (your "Angel Message") and related cycle, nutrition, and movement content, drawing on your natal astrology and the information you provide. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.

3. Not medical, health, or professional advice

Sydera is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, nutritional, psychological, or professional advice.

• Content about your menstrual cycle, nutrition, and movement is informational and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
• Do not rely on Sydera for contraception, fertility, pregnancy, or any medical decision. Cycle-phase estimates are approximations and should not be used to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition, diet, exercise program, or symptoms. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the App.
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Astrological content

Astrological content, including your Angel Message, is provided for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not fact, prediction, or advice, and should not be the basis for important life, health, financial, or legal decisions.

5. AI-generated content

Portions of the App's content, including your daily message and nutrition analysis, are generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not guarantee its accuracy and you should use your own judgment before relying on it.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• The App is offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis. Current pricing and any free-trial terms are shown in the App before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store. Apple processes all payments; we do not receive your payment card details.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies; we do not process payments and generally cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

8. Your content

• Your data stays yours. You retain rights to the information and content you submit (such as notes, cycle details, and meal photos).
• You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and provide the App's features to you (for example, analyzing a meal photo to generate nutrition guidance). Meal photos are analyzed and not stored, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; reverse-engineer or copy the App except as permitted by law; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with other users' use of the App.

10. Intellectual property

The App, its content (other than your own data), design, and trademarks are owned by Sydera, Inc. and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account in the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will be accurate.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sydera, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sydera, Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Sydera, Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
